I can’t quite pinpoint what it was, but something happened, about 2 years ago, almost instantaneously … and I was hooked to become part of the “fitness-movement”.
What amazes me the most about working-out, is the way people are able to manipulate and change their body and shape (to a certain extent) to achieve certain physical goals. If you don’t like the shape of your waist, you are fully empowered to change that. If you hate that you breath starts running every time you are forced to climb the stairs, you can change that! We are a 100% capable to take charge of our bodies and do with it what we want!
I workout because I love my body, even with all its flaws. We all should. Love your body even before you start working-out. This way you’ll be even more invested to stay committed when it feels like it’s time to give up.

And the incredible thing about wellness in any form, is that it’s ONLY beneficial! Nothing to lose. The only goal, is to be a better version of yourself than you were yesterday.
